I love Olive Garden. It's been over 2 years since my last visit, so this was a real treat. Great staff, great food, reasonable prices given the inflation. Thank you OG, we'll be coming soon. :
We were at the outlet and just looking for something to eat, and turned out this is a very popular restaurant around this neighborhood. Nearly everything is refillable except the main course, which means the bread, soup and salad is refillable, you don’t have to worry about walking out hungry. The quality is okay cause it reflects on the price, overall I’m satisfied with what I got.
Olive Garden uses a "virtual wait list" to determine who to sit next. Even though you can add your name to the list online which we did on the drive down, you still have to physically go into the restaurant to activate your name. This is not stated on the website, and so we waited outside in our car for a total of 40 minutes because of that we have been told that we had to wait in the car until receiving a text alert to come in so we didn't think to go in until we got that text. Our spot on the list was also updating live and then froze on "2nd in line" and after 10 minutes of that we went in. The Hostess was nice enough to sit us immediately upon entering the restaurant though. Our server rushed us like no tomorrow! She never told us her name and her hair was covering her name tag everytime she came up to us. She brought out our appetizer, bread, and soups all at the same time. She then brought out our entrées about 4 minutes later. She came over 2 minutes after that to ask us how our entrées were and I hadn't even finished the appetizer yet. The entrée was lukewarm when I got to it and waitress came by right then and asked if we wanted boxes and/or dessert.. Food and drinks were above average for sure other than the Alfredo sauce being a bit too oily but we just could not get over how rushed we felt.. We only were in the booth for 35 minutes! Less time than our wait in the car!
Great food, would recommend the Tour Of Italy as it has a lot of value of sampling 3 main dishes - very cheesey and greasy though, don't expect to eat healthy here as it is all oil, cheese and butter.
Very good service and foods prices as well
I came in on Saturday for a my birthday dinner our host Logan Was so polite and nice and a very positive energy ! We really enjoyed the food and drinks !!
Tasty food, lovely ambience. We don't get pizzas here, only the kids piza. Never ending Salad, soup and breadstick are really good for vegetarian options. Only complaint is very few options for vegetarians.
Busy, but quick service. They specialize in pasta which unfortunately I can not eat. They did have a salmon which was quite yummy, but I wanted mayonnaise to go with my broccoli and salmon and they didn't have any. Limited condiments. Same w the salad, you get the salad dressing they have no other options like blue cheese dressing. Overall nice place, though very busy and pretty decent food.
Nolan was patient, kind, attentive, and just wonderful. He noticed my kids' chocolate milk was empty and asked if we needed a refill. He checked on us throughout the meal. He did an amazing job!! It was a party of 6 total with 3 young children, and we were all satisfied with our meal and service.Food: 5/5
Had drinks along with soup, salad and bread sticks. The waiter did a great job of making sure no onions in the salad and added extra olives. We also tried the Alfredo dipping sauce very goodFood: 5/5
