Perfect location for good dinner after a shopping spree The location is huge typical of the chain Food is good and especially nice for Italian food lovers Service is fast and friendly, they take good care of customers there. I will be definitely be back for more.
For being so busy, the staff was still so respectful, kind and enjoyable. Leaving the experience great to say the least. The boys for once was not a fan of the pizza for some reason, it could have been a mix of the time it took and how late it was. Everyone else food was amazing and left there feeling pleased with our experience.Food: 4/5
We had a great experience. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive, friendly. She made us feel like she really cared about her customers and wanted them to enjoy their experiences. Her name is Natasha, thanks for a great experience!!!
Sat at the bar because the place was so busy! Had a peach Bellini and the soup and breadsticks!
We arrive at approximately 3:10 and put our name on the list. A group of 3 people came in and just sat down in the bar area. The hostess let them know that that was part of the seating situation. Now at this point I'm talking to my wife and saying didn't we ask and try to seat ourselves in the bar. She said yes. Next thing we see is the one person complaining that the hostess was hostile. Us not seeing that. Are not happy because the next thing you know happens is. They get a table and the bartender is personally taking care of them. They were almost done eating by the time we were seated. Our waitress was good and gets a 4star rating. But Olive Garden gets a 2.75 from me.
What is the purpose of call ahead sitting? A party of 7, we called ahead and still waited 45 minutes for our table! The hostess suggested we sign in and go to Costco like others do. My idea of a night out does not include Costco!! We stayed in the lobby only to be constantly hassled about being in the way. The food was good, but not worth the aggravation of trying to get a table. Will not be back. This is no reflection on our server Page who gave us great service once we were seated. Unlimited salad and bread sticks do not make up for poor management.
Service was fast, walked right in 3 pm on a Saturday. And they seated us. Carbonara was great, shrimp fettuccine for the wife that she loves.Food: 5/5
Justin was our server, he was new, but he did a really good job at making sure drinks were filled, breadsticks, soups etc. He also had a great attitude with every table near us which is sometimes hard to find nowadays. Thanks for making our one year celebration feel special.
March 3, 2023. Very disappointed with James the manager. A major snow storm dumping 10”+ of heavy wet snow making secondary roads almost impossible to pass and he won’t close and let his employees leave. I told my daughter to just leave at 9pm and she did. Clearly the safety and well being of employees are second to profits. Very poor leadership James.
Yet again, always as expected! Food was fantastic and the online wait list helped cut our wait time down during a busy day and time for eating out dinner on a Saturday. Jaylen not sure if I spelled that right is BEYOND FANTASTIC as a server - just pure gold. He's got a great attitude, is efficient, and cool headed even when crazy busy. He's a gem!
