If I could give 0 stars I would. After consulting with hunter Douglas dealers In Edmonton we discovered that we were heavily over charged for our blinds. Not to mention the fact that the girls at olive and birch failed to mention that their Installer had a full time job and it could be weeks upon weeks for the blinds to be installed after they have arrived. There was zero communication from them. We waited over 4 weeks from the time our blinds arrived for them to be installed. In fact we had to phone them to see if the blinds had even arrived. The girls were nothing but defensive and rude. Poor business practice and I would never purchase anything from them or recommend them to anyone!
