Last time I was here staff was ignoring me even though I was right at the counter just waiting for her acknowledgement only to wait for a long time and she says oh I thought you were waiting for someone like ya I'm waiting right at the counter with a baby for somebody sure. To now they are closed but you don't know that until you get to the facility and still no notice on door just hours and showing that they should be open.
I bring my children here, they quite enjoy the waterslide and the pool. We make the hour long adventure there a couple of times a month.nNice staff, clean rooms, and pool.
So clean, friendly staff and helpful when they noticed I was swimming with my infant and lent me a pull floatie which he loved!
My first time visiting. Loved it!
Decent sized pool compared to regular number of patrons. Nice warm kiddie area with lots of toys to keep you busy. We always love the slide and of course warming up in the hot tub before we go. Always seems to be enough space for all the visitors without being cramped and staff are always friendly.
