Olde Country Health Store

If I could leave 15 stars, I would! This precious little store not only supplies a specialty product that has been discontinued in stores EVERYWHERE, within 50 miles of my region but they also provided customer service to our household, that went above + beyond their obligations. I ordered a 50lb bag of specialty flour to get our family through this "pandemic". The bag was delivered to us, by UPS, OPENED. While UPS sent us a link to a form to fill out; Kendra, Wes + Janelle I apologize if I spelled either name incorrectly immediately remedied the situation, THAT WAS NOT EVEN THEIR FAULT TO BEGIN WITH, by covering the cost to ship out another product! Upon providing evidence of our damaged delivery, they did not blame, doubt or question us. I am BEYOND GRATEFUL. Unless some world catastrophe takes place, I WILL continue to be a customer with Olde Country Health Store. It is NOT RIGHT that this store has had to bear the responsibility of UPS. If you are a customer who is having trouble in your area, with receiving damaged, opened or tampered packages; try to order items that are difficult to tamper with. Document EVERYTHING + hold the carrier accountable. If I receive another damaged delivery UPS, or the responsible carrier, will be the one replacing it. 15+ Stars! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
