John and Somer are excellent to work with. Every single customer I have interacted with has only had praise for OMBC. I have worked with them since 2010 and always have seamless productive business interactions with both of them. They build VERY nice houses and have great attention to detail. They will se your project through from start to finish.
I haven’t worked with them directly but toured a home for sale built by them a couple of years back and it was pristine and well thought out. I would consider them for future builds.
