Great atmosphere. Awesome music and fantastic food. John the bartender was the best. Definitely recommend!
When in Maine, I like to order Lobster as much as possible. And with that, other seafoods are ordered! Grabbed the Lobster Ravioli in Lobster Bisque! Very unique and never had Lobster ravioli made with Lobster bisque as the base. Excellent Flavor, lots of lobster. Appetizers: Fried Breaded Haddock with a spicy cajon sauce. Super flavorful and nice kick in the sauce! Mussels in Garlic sauce to die for: Cooked perfectly, usually places overcook mussels. The sauce is what drives this dish though with excellent balance of butter and garlic with chunks of peppers and onions that soak all this up. If you're in Maine, This little town has great restaurants and ice cream shops too
Honestly I went in the evening and liked the vibe and food. But I went this afternoon an the steak was delicious.Food: 5/5

The wife and I each had Haddock Chowder in bread bowls, and it was awesome. The onion rings we're good, too. The Allagash White and Sam's Winter Lager were nice and cold.Food: 5/5
Everything was great... Until , I asked for extra bacon , On my bacon cheeseburger and there was 2 slices...? So I approached the waitress and asked , I thought I asked for extra bacon. She replied that is extra bacon. On a bacon cheeseburger there is one slice...Extra bacon is 2 slices. I was flabbergasted I figured on a regular bacon cheeseburger there would be at least 2 slices of bacon. At the old mill pub, two sliced of bacon is extra bacon...WOW.
Nice pub style atmosphere. Greeted at door by hostess and had a 10 minute wait to be seated for lunch so she offered us to sit at the bar. Very small place with seating on the deck however it was raining outside so we sat upstairs. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive without being overbearing. A great variety on the menu! We had buffalo wings as an appetizer which were delicious. For lunch it was a steak sandwich with beer battered fries and a chicken sandwich with handcut fries, both meals were perfect. Would definitely go back!!
