Extremely thankful for Dr. Tracey Guitard and her team at Old Mill Dental Clinic. My daughter had a tooth with an infection causing pain in her jaw. My daughter got really scared about the extraction but Dr. Tracey and her team were patience and worked with us as we tried to get my daughters fear and anxieties under control. You could tell that Dr. Tracey was confident about what she needed to do and she did an amazing job. My daughter says she didn’t feel anything except two times she felt a pinch shots going in which she still doesn’t know about. Dr. Tracey’s skills, professionalism and flexibility really made a huge difference in this situation for our family. We can’t thank her enough!
I liked the staff theryre friendly and actually conversatiom engaging instead of okay your here for your appointment ,,. Then they get it over with and they shoe you away for the next one,.. no no no,. Hold on here,.. the stmosphere is great and the experience is worth it
Unprofessional the dentist dismissed my panic disorder when I told her about my bad anxiety and didn't give any actual pain meds that work just weak Advil and Tylenol, even after I told her my gums were still in unbearable pain, I was sent home crying
