We were first taken to a dirty table. The hostess asked if we would like a different seat!! Well duh!! It definitely left me wondering about their covid protocols. Or the lack thereof. We ordered the shrimp, steak and chicken fajitas. We got 1 shrimp and one slice of onion!! I don't like overly spicy food but this was super bland. Not one thing of the night out screamed go back there. I think Panera would have been better. We got a margarita and that was pretty good.
Average Food. Terrible Service. I was served in a broken plate Picture Attached and when brought to server's notice, it seemed as if she did not care. The food was pretty average and no one checked on if the food was good or not. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Quesidilla and Burrito Options Parking: Parking Lot Dietary restrictions: Vegan Options on the Menu
Best Margarita I’ve ever had! Food was delicious as well. Great service.
The food is always very good! The service is adequate, wait staff is very polite. I think they may be understaffed and it shows in the delays in the little things like water and getting our bill back to us after we give them a credit card. The decor is interesting and A for effort. I'm sensitive to smells and the bathroom deodorizer is always over powering if you sit on that side of the restaurant. The other side it is not obvious. The Margaritas are the best!
The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. The margaritas were also good. A nice restaurant in Ithaca. Do check it out if your visiting the area.
We have driven over 2 hours many times to enjoy the food here! It’s so good!!!!!! BUT TODAY… Make sure you don’t go before 5pm! Even if you call ahead - we weren’t allowed to be seated because a family of 7 is too large. The lady at front was very rude, made us wait several minutes to acknowledge us. I hope they get better management we were told ALL management was on break at the same time?? We also explained we are happy to sit and wait for service due to understaffing and were still turned away. It’s too bad that the empty restaurant might remain empty. This was supposed to be such a highlight of our trip. So disappointing.
Our first time ordering from here and let me tell you it was absolutely fantastic! Food was incredible, service was prompt, staff was very nice and genuine. We are so glad to have tried this restaurant definitely one of the best I've ever had!!
Giant coronaritas are delicious and refreshing. The fajitas were sizzling, delicious, and generally portioned. Fresh chips and salsa when you sit down - all in all a great experience - diner style booths are comfortable and the place is relatively large so I haven't had to wait. Vegetarian options: Whole vegetarian section of the menu
Massive amounts of delicious food, great drinks, good service, decent pricing. We get takeout from here more often than we sit down and eat, but it's always great, either way.
Fun lunch with friends. A couple of them ordered the Shrimp Yucatan because I had it the last time we met there and they both agreed it was excellent! Service was great too!Food: 5/5
