Great food, atmosphere and the service was amazing! Maria was absolutely phenomenal! She was patient, informative and very pleasant!! Make sure she sticks around!

I am incredibly impressed with the Rapid City SD Old Chicago! The food is tasty. The service is superb. Our waitress Tera was exceptionally patient with me answering all my nutrition questions. The manager Cory googled nutrition facts for the cauliflower pizza I was interested in. Overall the restaurant is very catering to my individual needs. The place is clean, welcoming, and food is delicious.

Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. Fried spicy pickles were really good and so was the farmer's daughter. Due to shipment, they were out of quite a few beers we had tried to order, but they did try to accommodate us with similar tastes/flavor. The outdoor patio was very clean an spacious and loved all the hanging plants.

Pepperoni rolls were incredible. The pizza was good but in the future we will order extra sauce on ours. Would have been a five star rating but the service was lacking. Our waitress asked if we needed anything and I said I would like a drink refill then she came back to the table five minutes later and said she would get me a refill. Ten minutes later she brings us the check and still no refill. Very disappointing but the food was good and we hope the service will improve with time and experience.

Food is great, but service kinda sucks. We came twice in the same trip because the food was so good, but got hardly any attention both times. We had to get our own menus both times.

A beautiful place to eat and get a good drink.  Our waitress Kristen was amazing.  The food was great. My girls could not stop hugging me because they knew we were going to their favorite place to eat pizza.  They have great pizza and a good selection of drinks on tap.  Go ahead order a good meal and tip your waitress.  You will be happy to hear gone...

The food was good, but service was slow. I'm pretty sure our server forgot to put in our appetizer because it took forever and finally arrived right before our pizza. It wasn't very busy, either.Food: 4/5

Ordered a "large" 14 inch veggie pizza, "Tavern thin" style for $27.  Unfortunately we felt this was not a good value for the price...very disappointing.  At Blaze you can get three 11 inch pizzas for the same price, same quality.

Go here for the cool atmosphere and awesome service but don't come here for the food quality. Burger came out with no tomato like I asked but you can tell someone in the kitchen just removed an already placed tomato. The tomato seeds where all over it and it was very undercooked to where It was cold. Lemonade came out and it needed syrup replacement. It's just not a great place if you expect great food. Beer selection and servers were awesome though!

Since the Twin Cities has closed all their Old Chicago’s it was nice to see one in Rapid City while on a work-cation. Service good. We arrived at 5:15pm. Ordered from the Happy Hour menu for a $6 appetizer. My salad came with a lemon vinaigrette however I did order an additional side of blue cheese. My salad arrived with 2 sides of vinaigrette. I then asked for the blue cheese side I had originally ordered. My husband’s personal pizza was very good. When we received the bill the app was charged at a regular price and they double charged me for the dressing. The food was good, just be aware of your true cost vs what your bill says.
