I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was working at the front desk at 5:30pm July 22. I just want to say he was incredibly kind, quick, and helpful. I was only there for a few minutes and yet still walked out the door with a smile on my face.
my experience at the library has been pleasant helpful staff like Shannon and Mia, I prolly should stop on and say hi they got it going on good with computers and place to charge your cell phone if you have one just an overall pleasant atmosphere and the people of kelowna seem pretty cool thanks
The ORL Downtown is amazing. The building itself is gorgeous and I love that ID with my address got me a library card for free. I’ve attended two big events at the library recently - a workshop by Royal Roads University upstairs in the big multi-purpose room, and last night a gala fundraiser for a local non-profit. The main floornof the library was turned into a dance floor under beautiful patio lights. Food, wine, and dancing. Who can resist partying the library? A lovely building with a forward thinking board & staff.
