Great little campus I took the culinary arts program here which I really generally enjoyed and it was a very positive experience It's still great to walk through and there are constant upgrades make all the difference

The only reason I'm giving this business, NOT educational institute, a 2 stars instead of one is because some a very limited amount of the professors are actually kind, good teachers and this is reflected in their rate my professors. No one at this school cares about your educational progress, it's barely taught me anything. The dean of business doesn't do anything to support students and Christine Sjolander, the person who's supposed to help, instead lies and doesn't even know the schools policy. I moved provinces for this college to be treated with no respect and be lied to by officials of the school. Christine sjolander learn how to do your job, it's pathetic.

Absolutely no understanding in critical situations. When students face real emergencies, the college responds with cold bureaucracy, delays, and zero empathy. Support systems feel fake and useless. Students are treated like numbers, not humans. Deeply disappointing and unacceptable for an educational institution.n“Just put them on probation or suspension”nHighlightly INTERNATIONAL STUDENTSnTeacher says that, students are using AI instead of knowing that they are from different land, different cultures so for sure they have different backgrounds and mind set not everything is AI.

KELOWNA CAMPUS: Terrible experience. After being jerked around for months just trying to get into my program being told I could self start, then being told they only offer courses here or there through the summer and I would have to take breaks so bumped to a Sept 2024 start, it has now been 3 months since i graduated with top marks and they are only now just mailing out my certificate they refuse to answer phone calls and expect you to just email departments trying to get answers, which get ignored as well. I have now also been told I do not get a copy of my transcript with my graduation package, which is ridiculous, if I want a copy of it I have to pay extra. I am less than impressed with the whole admission experience and now with the graduation experience. I would like to note my instructor was fantastic, but i would never recommend taking courses here after what I went through, and i know at least one other classmate who has gone through similar issues. If i could give negative stars I would.
