I'm a thorough shopper and I found the OK Tire's pricing beat the best price out there! The next best price required me to drive to Barrie and wait until the new year! My service was done within a week and three days sooner than their quoted completion date. I already heard about the bad reputation this business has amongst locals but decided to give them a chance due to convenience. Big mistake. Owners are unfriendly and dishonest. They removed my engine, caused damage and put the engine back in without telling me! It was only after I had noticed the damage that they admitted to it. I have had family members go here as well only to have a similar experience. Non of us would ever go back. Dont make the mistake I did. Take the warnings of others that have dealt with this dishonest business seriously. This is 100% an HONEST REVIEW and it is the correct business.Service: Engine repair
Ken was very helpful. I had a front tire with a nail in it replaced and I ordered my new winter tires. I am a new driver and he explained things very well.

The OK team, delivers the best in every way. OK Tire Thornbury has serviced my Mercedes' vehicle close to 10 years. Kevin Shaw is the brilliant leader of the experienced technical team. Make sure you specify exactly what you want done here. I went in for an oil change and asked the girl at the front desk if the mechanics had any suggestions for why my car was shaking and she said he'd take a look. I was expecting a 30-45 min wait for my oil change and return to find out they were taking the tires off and balancing them without even asking me. In the end it took an hour 20 mins and I ended up being late for work as well as being charged an extra 80$ for a job that didn't even fix the issue. Not very professional in my opinion.
My car warning lights recently indicated low tire pressure on the rear driver's side. As both mine and my wife's vehicles are serviced by OK Tire in Thornbury this was where I instinctively headed. I was seen promptly and the service was professional and cordial. I was presented with the source of my problem - a nail. Overall I would say OK Tire provides the best service in the Georgian Triangle area. Jim Phelan
In life there are two entities not including family or spouse that you need to depend on. 1 Your personal physician. They are responsible for your Health,Well-Being and ultimately your life. 2 Your Mechanic. They are responsible for your safety and with that your life. I have put my absolute trust in OK Tire Thornbury/Clarksburg since moving here five years ago. Lee, Ken and Elisha as the front end staff are an absolute delight! They treated me with a professional attitude when I first started using this garage. Over the years I have come to be treated as family. The mechanics, starting with Kevin, have treated me with absolute respect at all times. At NO time has my vehicle been in for service, have repairs been done without my knowledge and consent. When I complained about a noise from my truck's front end; the mechanic came for a ride with me and noted what I heard and upon taking my truck back to the garage the front end was inspected every which way and the result was tire noise. I did not pay for this inspection. I would have gladly as peace of mind has no price. OK Tire Thornbury/Clarksburg is the ONLY mechanic I would recommend to anyone needing service!!
