Hats off to Brookside service center for exemplary vehicle repairs and maintenance that we've received. I have been mechanically inclined all my life and it's very hard to find such good service at a reasonable price. Good service, always polite and honest.
I was there last year with a motorhome and the car we towed behind it. I spoke with you about service and you said everything was right despite what the Ford mechanics next door said when we went there after you could not get the parts but we bought them next door and your people actually broke things on car. I think I was there.
Went in for a front wheel bearing and they stripped the threads on my cv axle. They used 1200 lb pounds of torque on the wheel nut. They made me pay for the cv axle that they broke....not impressed
I would not recommend. Ignorant to me while i was there and some shady mechanic workService: General repairs & maintenance
