Oh did they ever save me my husband was working out of town. But thankfully got me in right away! God bless to them hands down best customer service i have seen! They switched over my tire in a jiffy! If you want fast and efficient at a low cost go to these guys!
Had a quick trip to Jasper and a low tire pressure issue on our way home. Drove to Hinton where OK Tire said they could fit us in. They were slammed when we got there, but we only waited about an hour for them to see to our car so we could get home. Excellent service, friendly staff- highly recommend!
Have been coming here for some time, but this recent visit has been extremely disappointing. I brought my car in to have the wheels swapped out, expecting the same level of care and professionalism we've received in the past. However, when I picked up my car, I was shocked to see the condition of the wheels. Looking like they had been thrown around carelessly. There were noticeable scuffs that weren't there before. This level of negligence is unacceptable. We will not be returning. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service quality for future customers.nPhotos for reference
