Absolutely terrible. Bought new Toyo tires for our 2013 Dodge Journey. One tire ended up bulging and they wouldn't warranty it, blaming us for a side impact. For one the vehicle is only highway driven and there was no side impact, no pothole, no impact in general. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommend buying tires from here at any expense.

Most excellent service I have ever experienced, the staff is always willing to help last minute and are very friendly. Great prices and very knowledgable! Highly recommend to anyone!

I have had great service here over the years. However, I did find that I disagreed with their assessments for Sask safety related work. I double-checked with another safety inspector on the last vehicle and discovered that all 'required' repairs were unnecessary. FOLLOW-UP: immediately after posting my original rating (3/5), I was contacted by Darwin from the store. He asked me to go over the situation. We had a great discussion - both professional and productive. My concerns were addressed very satisfactorily. I still have issues with the Saskatchewan vehicle safety inspection process, but was extremely impressed that I was contacted so quickly and dealt with in such a professional manner. Like I said earlier, I have enjoyed great service here, and this is another example of it. In any business transaction, things can go wrong. But what really matters is working with people that sincerely care and are willing to do their best to help out. Those are the businesses I want to deal with again, and OK Tire in Warman is one of them.
