Horrible. Back in May I took my car to OK tire to have my winter tires taken off. Well that took about 7 hours, when we called first thing in the morning and no one was busy. Now, when I'm going to take my summers off to put my winters back on, the right side of my car is SO OVER TORQUED that the studs are now warped, one snapped, and I can't get them off. So thanks to your mechanic sitting there going duhduhduhduhduhduh with the impact wrench and over torquing, I now have to get my car towed to a shop and spend a couple more hundred dollars I didn't plan on spending. Will never see my business again.
