OK Tire

Heading back to Ontario after our vacation, we severely damaged a right front tire. Pulled into OK Tire around 4:30 on a Friday afternoon with a car full of luggage, my wife, and two young kids.They didn't have the tire size i needed but they called around found one

We were travelling through Grand Falls with two small children. We ended up with a slow leak, Walmart wouldn't help. When I called OK Tire, they were awesome. They told me to go right over (8am) and they fixed it in no time for a great price. The staff were wonderful with my children, even when my 10 month old had a meltdown. Thanks for helping save our family vacation

I suggest no one go to ok tire in grand falls they have the worst customer service. They did the exhaust on my car and they didnt unplug the battery and it ruined my bose radio and i called them about it and they had the nerve to say it was already like that when i brought it in. They didnt even call me when my car was done because they obviously thought my audi sitting in front would make people want to bring there cars in. I do not recommend anyone to bring there vehicles there.

Went out of their way to get me in for an oil change even though I didn't have an appointment.
