Half decent sushi, good service, and small portions. The edamame appetizer is more like a side serving but you pay $6.95… appetizers aren’t meant to be shared. Double this serving and it would be a fair a fair price. $10.95 rolls are only 5 pieces. The tuna in my spicy tuna roll was mush. Spent $35 dollars on sushi for myself and left hungry. Bummer.
We absolutely loved this place. I’m a huge eel fan and I’ve never seen a dish where they just give you one big piece. That’s the Unagi Don. We also got a Dragon Roll and the Redmond Roll. Dragon Roll was definitely the better of the two. We would definitely go back. It’s expensive, but you are getting raw fish in central Oregon.

I took my wife and two young daughters here for lunch and we loved it. The higher end rolls are definately better and bigger serving size. We had two specialty rolls and a classic and we were satisfied. It does get pretty busy at night on weekends!Food: 5/5
I've worked in five different sushi restaurants, all of which claim top quality and charge higher prices than Oishi. This place tops them ALL. Hands down the best sushi and fastest service I've ever had. I'm so impressed every time we eat here. Wonderful staff, excellent food. Absolutely my favorite place in Redmond.
Great food. Nice atmosphere, very helpful staff. We will be back. It was very nice to find a sit-down restaurant in Redmond that wasn't overrun. We got right in and they did an exceptional job with their service. The food was great, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Excellent food in a great environment. A bit on the pricy side, but overall well worth it. The service was excellent, speedy, and friendly. The sushi was super tasty and very well presented, and the other dish we got was just as good. The dessert was flavorful and beautiful. Overall, highly recommended!
Located right at downtown Redmond. The place by itself is okay. Not fancy or anything like that. The chef location is at the back of the restaurant and that’s pity. Food, was very good, not the best I have but yet, we are in central Oregon! Service, really good! They keep asking us if everything is okay and if we need anything else. But not too much, like they didn’t bother us which was great. Like they knew I am a food critic Overall, I would recommend #LKTG
