Great place for fun kids gatherings and birthdays. We started bringing my son here since he was around 9-10 months and he loved it and still does. So many different activities. Very clean and organized, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend visiting this place
I’ve been coming here with my nanny kids for a few months. So many basic things, typical for every soft play. Yes, bring or wear socks! Yes you need to pay a cover charge for extra adults, like EVERY other play place. I’m glad. What sets this place apart is not just its typical rules for everyone’s safety, not even the dynamic program with something for each age. Not even some of the best thought out layout of a freaking huge amount of toys and activities. When it comes down to it, the ownership has done a fantastic job making this a fun safe place to learn… but MOST of all by staffing it with caring, wise,genuinely nice people. A lady was here and just lost her phone, there are tons of people here today, yet multiple staff helped look for it l.. and finally found it. I just watched the lady hug the staff member. It’s really just a great place to come.
I would not recommend this indoor playground. A Chinese staff member who spoke Mandarin had a very poor attitude and was particularly rude and rough when dealing with the children. I also saw this staff member treating other children in the same manner.nnThe facilities are old and appear poorly maintained. Some of the dirt looked as though it had been building up for a long time without proper cleaning. The handwashing area was covered in standing water, while the men’s washroom floor had urine all over it and did not appear to be cleaned regularly. The soap dispenser was also broken and unusable.nnIn addition, we saw other parents inside the play area without socks. This seriously calls into question whether the venue’s sock policy is being consistently enforced to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.nnWe visited on a quiet weekday afternoon, and the conditions were already this bad. I can only imagine how concerning the cleanliness and hygiene might be on a busy weekend.
I was absolutely shocked at the size of this place! We have been twice now for a few hours each visit, but I imagine you could spend a good part of the day here if you spend a lot of time doing each activity. The ball pit is huge, fun bouncy houses, climbing, building, lots of fine and gross motor activities. And the world’s best water table! We will definitely back, we went on a weekend and would definitely recommend a weekday as the weekend was insane!
Good place for kids to play. Can get busy on weekends and rainy day. When it is busy, it can get a bit chaotic, but that's to be expected. They have party rooms for booking for birthday parties and events. Decent since indoor area with different play sections. One sections for baby/toddler as well.
