Very upset with the service received from Anne Horan. 

I received a parking ticket from the City of Vancouver, and a  City of Vancouver representative admitted their fault in writing, that the  no parking sign was obscured by overgrown foliage. But because I had paid the parking ticket Anne Horan refused to help me, so i could not be refunded.

She ignored the situation surrounding the ticket and focused on the fact that I paid the ticket.

Useless and unhelphul woman.

Would be nice to hear from people who she actually helped.

Conclusion: don't waste your time with the BC Ombudsperson.

The BC Ombudsmen was created by the BC government to insulate their elite friends from accountability. Corrupt to the very core.

The BC Office of the Ombudsperson has violated British Columbians' rights and interests and its staff members are fraudulent  and abusive. 

The BC Office of the Ombudsperson has removed people's reviews if they have told the truth about them.
