CUSTOMER SERVICE, 10/10! QUALITY OF FOOD, 10/10! ATMOSPHERE, 10/10! The front staff was very welcoming. Gave us a big smile and brought us to our table with joy! Our server greeted us with an enthusiastic attitude and ask if it was our first time and ask for what we want to drink after we settled down. The food was amazing!!! It wasn’t our first time but every time we go here, it’s very consistent! They take pride in their quality which is great! The atmosphere is great! As always! Music is not loud, it balance the ambience. The acoustics of the restaurant is very good! What a lovely place!
It was the official first day they launched. Just an amazing experience with good meals and views. We had “The one that did not get away” and “Holy crab” food is very delicious so it’s a hard 10/10 no comments. Food decorations were soo cute Looking for breakfast/brunch plans with your friends and loved ones!? This is the spot. Top tier service.
The wait is worth it!! Friendly and fast service, with delicious food! We had a large group in on Sunday, with 7 of them being young kids which is crazy at the best of times and the server was so quick and helpful. Our food came out quickly and everything even all the mods came out perfectly!
Pretty good. Waitress was busy and didn’t visit often. I was seated in a corner by the bathrooms due to eating alone ouch, so it wasn’t the best for enjoying the atmosphere. Pancakes were AMAZING !!! I asked for whipped cream and they gave me a whole bowl. Bacon was tough, eggs were a bit undercooked, rather than the ordered over-medium. I’d go back for something sweet, wouldn’t go back for savoury.
First time going. It’s in the new building in Main Street. Staff are nice and friendly. Food was very good, unique and well presented. Busy place around 10am but cozy place to eat breakfast. Only the price is a little bit higher than we expected.
What a fantastic breakfast place. Super cool environment, friendly staff, the menu is very unique and had a hard time deciding because everything sounded great. We had the croquet madame, gold digga, and do not even go there for dessert. Great portions, eye catching and was all delicious. You will not leave hungry, in fact bring your stretchy pants, you'll thank me later. Highly recommend.
Amazing food and service, Great flavors and Staff were very engaging and friendly. The restaurant felt so high end! I will definitely be going back in the near future!!
Stopped in for brunch with my friends and had a great meal! It was our first time at OEB and our server, Chelsea, did an amazing job with describing everything on the menu and answering our questions! We took her suggestions of trying out “the soul in the bowl” and it was fantastic, I would recommend this dish to anyone! Chelsea was super patient with us and really made us feel welcomed, can’t wait to come back!
Wow! What an experience; be it great service or great food, it's all *chef's kiss* I'd give more than 5 stars if I had option here! I was seated close to the kitchen and could see all the magic happen in there The food is worth trying. Can't wait to come back again
OEB lovey breakfast/lunch spot located in downtown Winnipeg in the TD building. Parking is a pain but there is free parking on Main St. and side streets on Sundays. Paid parking lots across the street/in area. Straight up a pain as well as OEB'S Yelp set up. They don't take rezo's; you can go and take your chances on a short or long wait or go through the Yelp app where you estimate your time of arrival and add your name to the wait list. This is straight up convenience for OEB and a pain for you. Food, coffee and fresh not from concentrate juice was great. Service was also prompt and attentive. No complaints. Recommendations I would like OEB to consider is pepper on the table. Why the grinder table side service? Simply unnecessary. Just add pepper to the table. It's not an expensive spice that deserves a side show experience. Takes your staff away from more important things. Also butter portions to the waffles. Two portioned pats are required not one. Butter should be cool and spreadable, not frozen. It's the little things OEB. After all, I'm paying for it. I wanted to give OEB 4 stars because the food is quality however location/parking and Yelp were inconveniences.
