Very happy with our experience here despite my dad being hit on the head by their patio umbrella…nnWe were seated outside due to our larger party and it was a super windy day. They had their patio umbrellas open despite there being no sun. Suddenly, the patio umbrella gets blown over and strikes my dad on the head quite hard while we were waiting for our food. He’s in shock and his head hurts quite a bit, he even got a small bump. They quickly closed the umbrellas and apologized.nnMy dad felt unsafe and he was not able to enjoy his experience sitting outside because he was afraid the umbrella would come crashing down again. We kindly request to be moved indoors and we didn’t mind sitting separately as well. Management and servers quickly and kindly accommodated us into one table and apologized profusely. They handled the situation with grace and professionalism which we really appreciated! They continued checking in on us frequently to make sure we were okay even offering ice for my dad. Scott the manager was extremely understanding and apologetic, he handled this situation extremely well and offered a free meal next time we visit! We understand accidents happen so we are grateful they were able to help us feel safer during our experience at OEB! We appreciate the great service and food!
This is by far my fav location for OEB. I had a bad experience at another location but this one makes up for it. The food was absolutely amazing. The service was great, our server gave us everything we needed. As always the wait was long but it's as expected because it's the weekend. My friends and I shared everything and it was the perfect amount of food. It was one of my friend's first time there and she loved it! The crowd in the restaurant wasn't too bad. It wasn't loud but wasn't quiet either. Def will recommend this to people visiting here from out of town!
OEB is always a fantastic spot for brunch! The food is consistently delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff are friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Whether it's for a casual brunch or a special treat, OEB never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Had a lovely breakfast at OEB. The service was friendly and the food was delicious. I appreciated the server taking his time to explain some the ingredients they use and their cooking methods. My sister and I shared the smoked salmon benny and the brioche french toast. We opted for the roasted potatoes instead of the crispy ones.
Dined in with family, as we had a gift card given to us for this place. Heard good things so we all went together.nnI asked for a drink with light ice, they served me an iced tea that was maybe 50% empty.nnWhy pay full price for a glass almost half empty? I informed the server, but let it go.nnWhen the breakfast plate came out, the avocado was rotten. I was feeling very uneasy. My visit here genuinely made me sick. We spent $100 for a terrible experience.
