Very nice people. He's the only guy in the city that prints dissertations so expect a long wait for yours to be printed. But replies to emails great. Thesis came out nice and up to guidelines.
$200 deposit in December 2018 - yes you have read correctly - still no book. Last time I reached out in January 2020, it was going to be done that week. Now the phone has been disconnected. I know they had a rough go but at this point, I just want my book back.
