Oceanside physio has been my number 1 choice through experience.nSeveral years ago after healthcare related injuries I needed a work-conditioning rehab.Outstanding service and dedicated staff.nI was given a guideline afterwards to use for at home and at a gym,and I use to this day.nOther injuries the past few years I returned to ocean-side, and the physiotherapists looked after me, this time around most recently a post-surgery program. So far so good, doing well.nMuch of the healing process requires recommended programs outside the clinic at home with followup reviews.nTop marks.
I have been attending Oceanside Physio for the past two plus months. Physio and Hydrotherapy were both new to me. However, physiotherapist Charul Samant was so helpful and knowledgeable that my shoulder work injury healed and strengthened along with excellent hydrotherapy with Emily. Office staff were super and friendly. Helpful to make appointment changes. Thanks so much to all of you! Highly recommend.
Charul gave me IMS last week and she fixed my neck issue I have had for 6+weeks. Finally I can rotate my neck and have relief. This is amazing thank you.
I have seen multiple Physios over the years, all of whom are excellent. Most recently Alannah Howard has been assisting my recovery from a sore neck and hip pain. She always goes the extra mile and is also caring and informative.
Front desk was welcoming, Joan and Morgan were very helpful in teaching me good exercises and movements to help with my back/shoulder pain aswell as teaching me healthy habits to improve my posture, they were both very friendly and helpful and gentle while treating me! Would recommend this clinic to friends/ family or anyone else in the area 5 stars!
