Lost my phone on the bus and gave up on finding it until I found out about this place.
I am so happy that some people are very attentive and compassionate about others. Thanks to all drivers and OC transpo staff for your work. I lost my keys and found them in lost&found department. Very helpful and kind staff.
Great service, I got my ID card and bus pass here. Hardworking staff. Daily people come with different issues but these guys are working with patience. Impressed.
5 stars obviously, because I found the wallet I dropped in an OC Transpo bus here. The people here are super nice. They keep a record of all the belongings and the amount of money - Canadian or foreign in your wallet as well, which is super helpful.
