These guys are awesome! Not only friendly staff but anytime there has been some sort of discrepancy with any of my orders they have taken care of it. Ive had to send out products with them and again great service. Also so happy for them throwing events/classes for ottawa on product and tool knowledge of products and tools they personally sell. Appreciate these guys for sure!

Over a year ago I opened a laser clinic and I needed some chairs in my office. purchased a high end chair from OBSCO. Unfortunately as in in every manufacturing line we have some faulty parts, that is what happened to my chair. My cylinder start leaking and there was lots of oil around the chair. I reported the issue and I was directed to Josh, the store consultant. Josh exceeded every expectations! Josh went beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up with me on this issue. He is very professional, and very conscientious about the quality of his work. Josh makes the difference with his customers with his personable attitude and focus on their needs. The success of every store is directly related to how all the customer feel when shop there. Josh looks at each customer walking through the door as an important client and does anything he can to ensure they have an excellent shopping experience. If you need any beauty supplies please don’t look any further, just come here and you will find everything you need! Thank you Josh for the great experience!

Don't buy their over priced Belmont barber chairs, the leather will fade after 3 months! The Pibbs chairs from Bytown beauty are better quality and half the price!!
