This is by far my favorite ice cream spot. I've come to this Oberweis location for almost 2 decades now. Anytime people visit the area, I always bring them here or get ice cream from here. This is a must try place!! Unfortunately I moved out of state so I don't get to have this ice cream unless I visit Illinois. I recently visited for 3 days and I had this ice cream more than once! No where else can compare to the rich creaminess of Oberwies ice creams.
Best ice cream and milkshakes ever! Love that they have board games and you can just hang out. Its very rich in flavor. Beware after eating this ice cream, you won't enjoy other ice creams!
If you're a PB lover, get the peanut butter sundae!! Homemade waffle cones and bowls are so good!
Always helpful! Came in today and the 2 ladies in the front were very kind enough to point out the buy 3 get 1 free pints since I had brought up 3 pints. I would have never known and would have missed out on a free pint. Always a friendly staff. Great job!
Changing my 5 star to a 1. Recent change in staff has led to very slow service. They just stand there and huddle after every order. Need to work on speed of delivery.
Such a bad customer service at elmhurst. They lose orders and keep customers waiting for more than 30 minutes. They also lie saying your order is almost ready, but I see that they had not even started making the order.
Family loved the pumpkin pie ice cream. Fudge brownie sundae was awesome. Showed up a few minutes before closing and the displayed a very positive attitude and made us feel welcome.
I love Oberweis ice cream. I think it is the best. My wife says it is sweeter than most. I don't know if that's true but I do know that I love the taste. This last visit I had a large chocolate malt with whipped cream and a cookie. Awesome!
Gone here a couple times. Best chocolate milk I've had. The workers are all young, yet they're very professional and respectful.
Ice cream was great, however it started melting immediately. Still worth the trip!
