A family member of ours required the services Dr Rapanos, who was referred to his clinic. We were told he is the best in his field…Honestly I wasn’t sure if we should proceed with the procedure, which was in relation to the treatment & removal of varicose veins.The initial consult was directly with Dr Rapanos, he was truly a gentleman, kind & very thorough with explaining the procedure, but he also explained all other options, the pros & cons. He was very confident that he would be able to successfully treat the condition, his confidence was what appealed to me, he was seriously confident and we opted to get the procedure done for my love one….Now, it’s one thing to be confident & kind…BUT really it was the experience & more importantly the results that impressed us the most…1000% satisfaction, he delivered exactly what he promised. BUT not only that, his staff throughout the process were equally impressive. We had to attend the clinic several times for follow up, the clinic really seemed to care “even after” the procedure & that is rare especially in the medical world….There was one staff member who really stood out, I believe she was an office manager her name was Chantelle, she was so thorough & patient explaining the follow up care - we had such clarity of what to expect post procedure. Words can’t express the gratitude my family has for providing us with such great medical services, by far the best medical services I’ve experienced in my lifetime. I give this clinic, Dr Rapanos and his wonderful staff a perfect rating of 10/10. I have been going to One Vascular in Oakville for two years for sclerotherapy. I met a wonderful nurse Amanda who has such good work ethics and has made my legs look fabulous. She takes the time to discuss what she’s going to do, walks you through care and maintenance, and makes sure you understand the procedure well, she really knows what she’s doing. I’ve been doing this a long time and the results I’m getting now far exceed any other treatment I’ve had in the past.
I paid thousands for laser surgery here a few years ago, which went great, and the doctor was awesome. However, now that I'm having issues with that leg again and want to check in with the doc, I can't even get a call back. I'm going to try to contact him directly because I know he's a good guy, and I'm just not getting past reception. If not, I'll be seeing another doctor asap and they’ll be hearing from my lawyer instead.
I was referred to Dr Rapanos for treatment of my spider and varicose veins. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After an ultrasound with a very caring technician I was introduced to nurse named Amanda. She is absolutely amazing! I drive 45 mins just to have her treat my legs. She is friendly, caring and very knowledgeable . I definitely recommend visiting this clinic.
