Friendly staff who is always willing to go out of their way to find a cure for your pain

Physiotherapist I spoke to on the phone was great. She actually took the time to speak to me for over 5 minutes which is unheard of in the Ontario Health Care industry. Everywhere I go I feel like I am wasting their time and am being rushed out the door, so to speak.
