Food is good. Nice atmosphere. Fun to look around at the shop and plants. I enjoy coming here! They have pretty cute items to purchase in the shop, but a bit pricey.
A great place to have breakfast. The food and coffee are excellent. However, several times they have been understaffed on Saturday mornings meaning we wait up to half an hour before our order is taken. Adding one more staff at opening would make a world of a difference. Overall though, I would definitely recommend Oakridge.
Food is good but they need WAY more front end staff. The two girls up front are always drowning; I had to wait over 10 minutes to pay because the poor girl at the register was in charge of making all the drinks, I also saw her rolling cutlery. Not fair, please hire more staff. Shame on the manager for only having 2 EMPLOYEES during the lunch rush, this is a problem almost every time I come here.
Great lunch today but I felt so terrible for the front staff working. Only 2 girls and they were constantly running around. It shouldn’t be up to the girl at the register to make all the drinks and take orders/payment. : I waited a long time to do payment, had I been in a rush it would’ve been a disaster
Bread products are superior. Tried the flat bread full order with side soup. $13.50 the soup was a chicken tortilla and was everything you would want in a soup. Nice light spice. The flat bread was more like a cheesy garlic bread. My friends ordered the side salad $4 and lettuce wraps $16. The salad was great, but I found the lettuce wraps were average. Another one ordered the chicken bacon and avocado club. $12.50 this was also very good. Adding a side salad or soup at $4 seems like a decent deal. Portion sizes on those were generous. We received conflicting information from the person at the till and the server on whether the items on the menu were from the green house. The person at the till said the lettuce leafs, tomatoes and rutabaga like items would be from the green house. The server believed it was in the drinks and the desserts like strawberries.
Never hade a chance to order food. We waited so long before someone came to our table with a menu. The tables that were reserved and had no people at them got water before we did. Left without ordering.Service: 1/5

I finally made it to this beautiful place. Very well done on the renovations. Huge variety on plants and trees, very pretty and such a pleasure walking through the greenhouse. My friend and I enjoyed a cappuccino on their patio- very delicious. I also couldn't resist trying the chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich. To be honest I was a little disappointed how small it was but if was very good, the bread! - wow! The apple slaw was although ridiculously small. It was in one of those to go dip/sauce containers so like a table spoon full. Today I had to get a cappuccino before work because it was so good yesterday but got disappointed- it tasted like warm milk.
Food was good. Salad overdressed. Service was unfortunately very bad. Meal took over am hour to get as they had forgotten about us. No refills on coffee. All this while the place was almost empty
A great place to get together with friends for lunch and shopping. Also a good coffee spot.Food: 4/5
