Nice staff but bothered that I was told that the first overdraft was free. This is exactly why I don’t trust banks and will be closing my account. They told me that I had overdraft protection and I don’t. They made a lot of money off of me. I’m officially done with credit unions and banks. Thanks for the reminder of why I hadn’t had an account in so long!

I was able to take advantage of Vibe's low 1.99% interest rate on an automotive loan recently.  Did everything online, no issues, everything was easy to navigate and use.  The credit union representative who helped me, Jennifer Otto, was accommodating and quick to respond to any and all request for help.  I would highly recommend Vibe for Auto loans if you are in need!  Far better rate than the dealership offered.

Security here is good. Bank officers work hard to get you the best interest rates

Have used Vibe was Oakland County Credit Union since 1995. Have always had good experiences. People always very pleasant and helpful.

I have had my account since 1977 when my Dad worked for Michigan Bell.  They always make it right  if you have a issue.

Imwithstill t ya the service and the staff that i talk with  very happy Still happy with staff , very friendly and professional would not change my wife also loves the way she’s treated we’re very happy
