Not a good experience, rooms , and bed were ok,but tv were outdated,and not good. Big sign in office stating no cats,but we noticed nearly every room had one or more dogs,and a container of stale cigarette butts by the door. Carpets were dirty,and there were no paper towels or Kleenex provided. It has been years since we have been in a room without coffee either in the room or available in the office. We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights, 8 weeks in advance and asked for side by side rooms as we were there with family, ended up with 5 rooms between with noisy dogs in them. Next year we will stay in Mauston,or Westfield, for $20.00 more per night with a continental breakfast,and 24 hr coffee available,and no dogs or cats.

Friendly and efficient staff. The evening desk clerk has been the same each time I've stayed in the last year and he gets you quickly checked-in and then calls later to make sure all is well with the room. The location is great - Right on Main ST. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Other restaurants and shopping are just down the road. The rooms are large and clean, the beds are comfortable, the wireless internet is fast and easy to connect to, great work desk space. "A great family place in an interesting little town. There are tons of things to do in the hotel itself, be as active or as lazy as you like or walk a block to a local tavern and..."Always a pleasure" "Rooms are well equipped, offering plenty of room for an extended family visit.

As soon as we arrived the staff was friendly. Made us feel at home and if there was any way they could make our stay better to let them know. We were recommended restaurant's that were right near the motel and not far from attractions. Rooms were comfortable and clean. No complaints. Able to connect to WiFi to do some work. Would come back in a heartbeat.
