Sébastien is very friendly and shows a lot of care for my preferences. He did a wonderful job on my cut and colour. The salon is comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly. I was able to practice my French and flip to English when I got stuck.

It was a first time here for me and my partner after a long time of not getting a professional haircut. We called to book the appointment, pleasant and easy. The salon was lovely and inviting. They even had these comfortable wool slippers for you to change into. Waited just a little, but I’m always prepared to when I’m going for a haircut. I see some complaints about waiting and such.. As someone who have been to many hair salons in different countries, I think we all know that delays can happen sometimes in any services, so try to go on a more relaxing day and prepare for additional time for yourself. On to my haircut, Mélodie was my hairstylist. She got me some cute bangs and colored my hair to cover my grays. Loved the results! On top of that, she was so nice to talk to — I really enjoyed our inspiring chats. Will definitely be back for my next haircut. Thanks Mélodie & Team.
They do not care about the customer money, time and the service result. O salon is near my home, so i decided to go there. My first exoerience was hair cut,which was awful! second time i booked an appointment for hair color, when i went there the store was closed . noone called me! The hair dryer is unprofessional as well. Do not waste your time, money and energy on this salon.
Been going to O Salon for the last 3 years, seeing the talented Elodie for all different cuts and bleach/colours. She always listens, takes the time and the care to make sure you love your hair, she also has a great sense of humour, which helps- I've never had a bad haircut. Thanks Elodie!
I love O Salon with all my heart. I’ve been going there for almost 10 years and I always left happy. I currently live in the US but I still go back every time I visit family in Montreal. I’ve tried other hair salons... but there’s nothing like this team of hair loving people, head massage pros, and color masterminds. I usually see Élodie but last time I went, she was hurt I love youuuuu Élodie!. Greg did my balayage and boy did he not disappoint. I’ve tried other colorists while living in DC and my blond always ended up too yellow or orange after a while, even if I use all the purple shampoo in the world. But not on Greg’s watch. Weeks into and I still have luscious hair. My gray doesn’t show and even my postpartum-hair-from-hell that sprouts all over my head looks good. So anyway. Go there. They’re good, eco-conscious, kind, professional, and everything in between.
I booked a haircut for my boyfriend at 515 pm. When we arrived we were told there would be 10-15 minutes wait to which we happily agreed to. 45 minutes later the stylist who was supposed to cut my boyfriend’s hair was still chatting away with her previous client with no sign of progess. As we had a 630 appointment elsewhere, we had to leave. Our conclusion: If you value your time, avoid this salon. It is also possible that they do not want to cut the hair of English speakers in which case it would be best if they told us upfront that was the case when we made the appointment. ZERO STARS.
