She was really nice and I got my pots that I have been dreaming for years. Thank you for your service. Buying boots in Canada and in the US is really totally different experience. Definitely will come back again.
Sep 24 Update: Bonnie asked me to bring the boots in so she could try to help me. She's going to have them professionally stretched and will call me when I can go get them. Original review: They sold me boots that were too small for me. I didn't know how they were supposed to fit, so I asked a lot of questions. Tony, who was helping me, said "I wouldn't put you in them if I thought they didn't fit right." He ensured me the boots would stretch out as I wore them. Trusting that this expert would know better than I would, I bought them and broke them in. Even after breaking the boots in, they are still very uncomfortably tight. He did not take my suggestion to measure my foot or make sure what I was buying was the correct size. Yes, I was stupid for trusting the salesman. I hope nobody else makes the same mistake.

Because of the location I really expected out of reach boutique pricing but I was blown away by the quality, selection, service and prices. I bought the coolest belt but will definitely return. A gem in the heart of Gastown with a beautiful selection of western goods, and a friendly and helpful staff. I was searching for an affordable, high quality, weatherproof Indiana Jones-esque fedora for a couple of years to replace an old one, and I finally found it here. I'll definitely be coming back.

The store has a smell that reminded me of the midwest united states. The owner, Ken, was very nice to my girlfriend and I. Very nice selection of motorcycle jackets as well!
