The place was easy to find with GPS and lot attendants were ready when we arrived to point us in the right direction. A shuttle was about to leave as soon as we arrived, but we needed a few minutes to gather everything for our trip. Within 5 or 6 minutes another shuttle was ready to leave. The driver was nice and the ride was pleasant and simple. I have parked long term with other independent lots at O'Hare and Blue Sky has been the best experience. Definitely will use this lot again!

My preferred location for off site parking for O'Hare. Never had a problem with leaving my vehicle. Shuttles are timely. Price and location are great for the service

When I picked up my car on Sunday night, I noticed that it was filthy on the outside.  Upon entering the car and turning my engine, the gas light went on. Some employee drove my vehicle around while I was gone. Unbelievable!  I will never use this place again!!

BEWARE.  My car was damaged when I returned to the lot and the Manager refuses to call me back and is never in.  I have been calling several times a week for a month.  Benjamin, the manager,  is the only one that can take your call but he is never in.  They offer a free valet service but I did not take it because I did not want to leave my keys with them so I am fairly confident that one of their employees backed another car into mine causing over $900 in damage.  Had I seen these reviews I would never had booked with them.  I always get coupons from airport parking and their reviews look nothing like these reviews on this site.  I would never use them again. Use at your own risk.

Very good off site parking for long time travel. The employees were very nice and had our car ready quickly. Make sure you call for a shuttle bus.
