What a beautiful brewery! First time here... staff were attentive ave friendly and the beer was great! Definitely looking forward to coming back in the summer when the patio is open.
First off I should say I had no idea this place existed until I went there for Burger Fest. It is in the middle of a industrial park.nnI arrived and was greated by no one . No servers or sign telling me to ether sit or wait . So found a empty table sat down waited a few minutes for a server . Couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't since no one was wearing any sort of uniform or work clothes it seemed like. They seem to have multiple people at the bar but no one serving.nnThen I noticed the metal QR code in the middle of my table and picked up I guess it one of those place where there is no service . So I order on my phone . Weirdly enough the cell service was bad so took me a few minutes to order . not sure if it a building thing but hey . Order my food but there was no option to get a drink to be found . Was prompted to tip ether 18% , 20% or 25% . I prompted decline since what am I tipping for if there is no service ?nnI then walked to the bar where there was quite a large selection of beer . I ordered a Sour & then noticed there was a fridge full of beer you could buy and take home sadly this one was not available.nnGot the food picture here . Burger was Great. Sides was insulting. Chips ? Really? There was no option for fries or Mashed potatoes on there menu wild. Never seen a restaurant that sells burgers without fries. The total price for this burger & Bacon was 29.90$ with Tax /no tip . Paying 30$ for a burger with no sides since I don't call a handful of chips a side in the middle of a industrial park is crazy .nnOverall at least the burger was good. Staff seem nice in the very limited interaction I had with the bartender who served my beer, random waitress asking me how the food was , the person who drop off my food.
I tried the dill sauce from O’Creek Brewing Company at Burger Fest, and it was so unexpectedly good that it completely hijacked my entire burger experience—in the best way possible. The sauce had a pale, creamy green hue with visible flecks of fresh dill, not blended into oblivion but left just coarse enough to remind you that this was made by someone who respects herbs. The first smell hit before the taste: sharp dill up front, followed by a subtle tang that hinted at vinegar or pickle brine, balanced by a rich, almost buttery dairy base.nnWhen I put it on Route 6’s Burger Fest burger, it didn’t overpower the beef—it elevated it. The sauce clung perfectly to the patty and bun, not runny, not gluey, but that ideal medium thickness that spreads easily and stays where it’s supposed to. The initial bite was cool and creamy, immediately cutting through the heat and grease of the burger. Then came the dill—bright, fresh, slightly grassy—followed by a gentle garlic note that lingered just long enough to make you want another bite.nnWhat really stood out was how balanced it was. It wasn’t aggressively sour like some dill sauces, and it wasn’t overly ranch-like either. Instead, it walked this perfect line between refreshing and indulgent. Every bite felt cleaner somehow, like the sauce was resetting my palate while still adding richness. By the end of the burger, I realized I was thinking more about the sauce than the burger itself—and that says everything.nnIf O’Creek ever bottles this dill sauce, it would be dangerous. This is the kind of condiment that makes you consider putting it on fries, chicken, vegetables, and possibly eating it straight with a spoon when no one’s watching. Easily one of the standout flavors of Burger Fest, and a sauce I will now judge all other dill sauces against.
Chill place to grab a beer or two, especially nice on the patio.nnThey have a good selection of beer on tap.nnService is great - everyone super friendly. A server brought a little cup of treats for our dog. There was also a water bowl for dogs.nnWe loved seeing Jelly Bean The Band play there, hope they can come again.nnLots of parking in the parking lot or on the street.nn*Please have some vegan food options other than chips and salsa, like a vegan burger or sandwhich or pizza etc. That would potentially make this a 5 star.
Came in with my wife after work. Great attention from the staff. Food was delicious.nI like daring beer - O'Creek has impressed me with it's high standards and efforts to present something I haven't had before. The grapeskin lager stood out and the hazy IPA is up there with any other hazy.
