I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob as my realtor, and I can say without hesitation that he did an excellent job helping my partner and I buy our first house. Rob's amazing communication skills really stood out to us - he was always available to talk to us, and he kept us updated every step of the way throughout the buying process. Whether we had questions about the multiple offers we put in, to bigger legal questions or just small questions about the whole process, Rob was quick to respond and always happy to help. One thing that really impressed us about Rob was his willingness to go above and beyond for us and the amount of countless hours he puts in behind the scenes . He seemed to genuinely care about finding us the perfect home, and he was willing to put in extra effort to make that happen. We really appreciated his dedication and his willingness to do whatever it takes to help us out. From talking to multiple agents, lawyers, contractors and consulting his own team on our behalf he is always willing to do the work and put in the effort. Another thing that impressed us about Rob was his knowledge about a variety of different properties. We changed our minds about our ideal property type from a new build townhouse, to pre-build townhouse, to a duplex and then finally to a single family home. Rob stuck with us through it all for the entire 8 month process and was knowledgeable about every single property type. We went to probably over 20 house showings with him and he had great professional input on all of them. Rob also works as part of a knowledgeable team, which was a real asset for us. He was able to tap into the expertise of his colleagues to help us with everything from financing, legal advice, construction and home inspections. We really appreciated having access to this wider network of resources. Finally, we were really impressed with Rob's ability to get us showings. We saw many different properties, and Rob was able to schedule a number of different showings for us immediately. He was always on top of the latest listings, and he was able to get us in to see the properties we were most interested in right away already having done his homework about the property and being well prepared. Overall, we would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and communicative realtor. He went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome of buying our first home with him. Thank you, Rob!

I am a first time home buyer, so going into buying a home for myself in this crazy market was a little daunting. Danny and Darcy were awesome! Not an easy market to navigate but we were really pleased with both the process and the outcome. Danny was super easy to work with and we appreciated his honesty and approach. We were essentially buying a home in a market that we weren't all that familiar with, and viewing houses via FaceTime. It also took us awhile to really figure out what we were looking for - admittedly, a little all over the map. Danny was patient and super-helpful. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Jen & Darcy of Nyrose & Associates back in 2013 when we were looking to purchase our first home in Kelowna, after moving to the area. We weren't the easiest of clients, having to come up to speed on a new market in a hurry. Jen was patient and most importantly listened to our feedback as we literally looked at every available property in a short period of time. We found the perfect spot to call home for 5 years, loving every moment and often remarking about how lucky we were to have found it. When we recently made a move away from Kelowna, there was no question about who we would list with. Darcy and Jen were quick to reply, set things in motion and getting our listing up and running with thorough detail. During a period of uncertainty in the market with the foreign buyer tax changes and changing market conditions, they kept us appraised of the real estate landscape and action. We had to leave our home empty as we had a tight timeline for new employment and Darcy was our savior, regularly checking on our place, even cleaning the pool and running by with the lawn mower when needed. Nyrose & Associates kept regular and valuable reporting coming our way from potential buyer feedback along the way, and within 2 months our house was sold at a time when many properties sat on the market much longer. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful and intense experience. Darcy and Jen have been so great to work with, every step of the way, on both sides of the transaction. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the market - it's been our pleasure getting to know them over the years.
Karen Mustard helped us to finally find our home in Kelowna. She was so fantastic and patient in this challenging market. Always answering our calls and messages and being hands on. Her effort and putting us first as clients definitely did not go un-noticed. Her patients and reassurance paid off and we were able to secure our property in our dream neighbourhood.
