Loved how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff were during my visit! If you're looking for a wide selection of hair care, colouring, styling products and wigs, this is the place to go. They also carry cosmetics and skin care items. Best part, this beauty supply store sells to the public.
They carry the best lashes in the city at the best prices!!!! Better then Lilly lashes/ huda beauty and from my experience all the brands at Sephora. I’ve chatted with the owner most times I go , as I use to go in when I lived downtown a lot and one other employee and they are always so nice, sweet, kind and helpful ! I love you guys

Lady who worked today around 5:15pm was disgusting! I had quite a few products I was going to purchase but she was so ignorant and rude I had to leave. Owner desperately needs to hire a new employee because she’s CHASING CUSTOMERS AWAY. I hope this lady reads this and learns that she’s not all that and to be polite : What happened was there were signs in the aisles that you could smell the products but not test them. I already knew that and I was smelling a hair products and she started SCREAMING at me that I was. 0/10
A week ago I bought an extension, and it wasn’t even real human hair at all so my money went to wast. Here is what happened because I don’t know much about hair so I asked the man who works there he said it is 100% human hair and which it wasn’t the cost was &150. Am so Mad and regret. So please make a good decisions ppl.

Rose is fantastic. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is extremely patient and kind. She definitely goes above and beyond and needs to be recognized. Thank you, Rose, for all your help. Emmanuel - I hope that you will give Rose a salary increase. She makes it easy to buy products; in fact, I think she is most likely increasing sales at Nyla.
Best beauty supply store I have EVER been too. They have hundreds of products, organized neatly for easy access. The staff are so friendly, extremely helpful, and best of all, knowledgeable! I've been to other beauty supply stores where I've asked an employee a question and they weren't nearly as helpful as the staff here! Definitely would recommend this beauty supply store to anyone looking to find good quality products at a reasonable price!
Went for my first time to get synthetic hair, no clue what I was looking for or doing but the staff really wish I caught their names were so friendly and treated me like a friend over a customer! Both girls went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper material to match my hair and let me know how much I need for my hair! And those prices *chefs kiss*
