I hired Nutri-lawn because of lawn damage done by an infestation of Japanese beetles last year. I bought the executive package and their service has been exceptional. The attendants have all provided superb service. Although they seeded I've continually re-seeded during the past 6 weeks to fill in gaps and watered lightly every day except for days that rained. The attendants left small bags of grass seed for this purpose. The damage was extensive but the transformation has been amazing. Follow their advice and your lawn will be great. Don
Great customer care, careless installation. Our experience with Nutrilawn has been a mixed bag. Their salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and their service after the install to fix problems has been superb. However, the installation itself was poorly executed. The team showed up on the rainiest day of the summer. It was really too wet to work but it had been a wet summer and they were behind on their schedule for the season so they forged ahead. They managed to get their tractor stuck in our back garden see pictures and it took hours of work to get it out. In the process our lawn was badly damaged, and so were several trees and gardens. The follow up team was great about this and although it took a few tries, they did remedy the various issues with the damaged trees, lawn and gardens without too much hassle.
Absolute scam. I signed up with them last year and paid the full amount. But I never wanted to continue the service because it was worthless. Now I noticed that they are sending their crew to my house when I am at work and keep charging me without my consent or knowledge or even sending me any invoice or report. I called them to see why they are doing this, and they said we have your verbal consent from last year. Please be extra cautious when dealing with this company Update Aug 03, 2022: It has been 3 weeks now since I asked for proof of this verbal agreement and so far they have not responded to my request and two follow-ups. My phone provider and email keep marking this company as spam, this is why I have never received their communications. I also checked my security cameras, and there is no footage of them servicing my backyard. I only found them two times showing up at my front door and for this, they have sent me an invoice for $487.
They seed feed and leave with no real care or advice. I have had to spend countless hours rescuing my lawn where they have been unwilling or unable. The solution is alway “more seed” even when the soil is not suitable. Stay away from them.Services: Grass seeding
