they have a good selection of herbal supplements, vitamins, nutrient dense foods, etc. prices are good for kerrisdale. i buy in bulk and they give a break on price. check the products if you're not familiar with the brand. ive seen the statistics. upto 1/3 of all products on health food stores contain none of the ingredients listed.i bought a ginseng there that had no red korean panax or any ginseng.so, buy what you know. its not thestores fault, it';s just our laws have no teeth, regarding food. i shop here most of all.
I stop in here on occasion for men's supplements, friendly staff, discount saving program with no card to carry.
Best prices in town! sometimes online is less than store, and sometimes vice versa.
