It was a quick call from hospital to the pharmacy was told it was 7 dollars but I knew a stop would add to it meter ran in pharmacy. After we left he made a pickup that was nearby and feel it ran my meter up because the lady he picked up paid the 7 dollars one stop and I had to pay 20 for my cab fare when my first stop was a min from hospital and my drop off was no more than 3-4min from pharmacy but took longer due to the pickup of another customer. I feel I was charged on the meter as she got her pickup and drop off during mine and before i got to my stop. I don't want to be wrong but feel it was intentional.
They are alright can be hard to get through on the phone at peak hours
Very nice people with a difficult job. Still try to be pleasant and helpful. Efficient and yet don't rush you.
Worst cab company ive ever seen, or the person answering is a retard or they don’t show up on purpose. Were I work we have cameras showing if if cabs are there, and no one showed up for the fourth time. Save your time, call another company, dispatch person is doing a poor job
Drivers and dispatchers are fantastic. It'd be really great if they answered the phone.
Sometimes you wait a cab for 45 min. Some drivers are really nice
