I called the first time and spoke with the receptionist. She said she would have the electrician call me back -- he never did. So a week later, I called and spoke to the receptionist again. Once again she said she would have the electrician call me back. This time he did and told me he would be coming to my house that afternoon to look over the work. I waited all afternoon for him but no call / no show. Wouldn't call them again.
