We got married in Oct. 2022 at the Fives beaches & resort and our wedding planner was Mandy Delve. Mandy has had 20+ years of experience in the industry and it shows. She is a true professional, whose passion, dedication and knowledge shows throughout the process. We wanted a wedding with Indian and western elements and given her expertise with both she understood exactly what we were going for. From the start she understood our vision and worked with us patiently in helping identify the right resort for us - Fives was great as they have a lot of experience with Indian weddings and more generally their wedding team onsite was amazing. Mandy knows the resort and management very well and was able to work out the venues we wanted on a weekend even though they were pretty booked up. We gave Mandy creative license with both our events and she came up with wonderful ideas of merging Indian tradition, decor with western and even Mexican elements. As an example for one of our events where we wanted color and vibrancy, she suggested adding a pinata, maracas, mexican flags and other small decor items that really brought the event and our vision to life. She also went above and beyond in getting price comparisons, visiting stores in Toronto for decor, working with local vendors in Mexico. She took care of all the logistics - building a beautiful wedding website, tracking RSVPs, working tirelessly with all our guests helping book their accommodations/transfers etc., Having Mandy present during the wedding itself was amazing - she took care of all the details ensuring our events went smoothly. She was even able to ensure that all the guests have great experiences by helping with free room upgrades, dinner reservations when they were none available etc. A destination wedding is quite challenging plan and there are lots of nuances to be worked through, we feel extremely lucky that we had someone as experienced and amazing as Mandy to navigate us through the process. We can't recommend her and Now destinations enough! I would also highly recommend Fives branded and resort- beautiful venues, great wedding team, excellent vendors food, floral, photography, music were all incredible and lovely grounds and customer service

I will recommended this company. Mandy planned our wedding from the beginning to the end . She’s patient, listening to all details and updated my guests when needed. I Was dealing with a different agency before, they couldn’t help me , the waisted my time and finally when I met NowDestinations they made my wedding come true . We had an unforgettable wedding in Punta cana at Dreams resort. I will Definitely use this company in future when we have a group travel. Thanks again Mandy for planning our trip !

We came back about two weeks ago from our trip to Mexico for our wedding and it was absolutely magical. The agency helped us from the very beginning, offering us different hotel and location options to match our price range and our taste. Our guests were offered a group rate and many payment options. The booking and process went very smoothly, even with a flight change a few months before, they were very helpful. Everyone we met at the agency in this past year was kind, attentive and very helpful with everything. The wedding planning went amazing, we chose the Pearl Package and we worked with Amanda. She started from our Pinterest board to create a complete decor document with different options and price points. I had vague ideas and I would even say lack of vision but she worked with me and suggested many ideas that turned into gorgeous additions to our day and the best part is there was never any hidden cost or bad surprises. Also, she took care of all communications with the hotel and with Sunwing, I never really had to do anything. She also planned an excursion for our guests during our stay, giving us great advice and different options, and we are super happy we prebooked, it was a lot less stress and it turned out to be the best day ever after the wedding... of course. Overall, I hesitated at first to have a destination wedding but we had such an amazing trip and our wedding day turned out to be even better than we imagined it to be, thanks to the services of the travel agency. My family and I have just returned from a wonderful vacation at Azul Beach Cancun, and I can't say enough good things about our travel specialist, Amanda Katchutas-Leal. Amanda is so knowledgeable about family travel and Mexico, and was able to help us plan the most perfect trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how involved she was, and at her amazing attention to detail. I was really overwhelmed at the thought of having to plan/book an entire family vacation with multiple families by myself, but as soon as I reached out to Amanda, I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. She had great recommendations and advice, and it really paid off as our trip went SO smoothly. We truly had a trip of a lifetime, making memories with our small children, and I am very grateful to Now Destinations and specifically Amanda Katchutas-Leal. Thank you!

Where to start? I attended a wedding "organized" by Mandy in Jan 2023 in Mexico and it was a comedy of errors. Here's some of the issues: wrong names & citizenships on bookings repeatedly, requiring credit cards sent by email, cc'ing the entire wedding party with everyone's private info, not seating couples together, scam website for visitor tax instead of the real one, the "welcome" package for the bride & groom had a different guest's name on it... These are just what I experienced as a guest, let alone what the couple experienced. Needless to say I would definitely *not* recommend Now Destinations.

I literally had no idea where to begin when planning our destination wedding...I had spoken to many travel agents who were not very responsive and helpful. I was recommended to NOW destinations by a friend and I was put in contact with Amanda Katchutas. This was a game changer...she was super responsive and no question was a nuisance. Amanda took the time to explain everything to me so that there were no surprises. She really helped bring together my vision and made the process feel so effortless, easy and stress free. I can't say enough good things...what a great experience. Don't hesitate to use them for your travel plans, group bookings or destination wedding plans! Amanda is the best...I recommend that you ask for her personally! I will definitely plan my next trip...or wedding...with her! ;

I booked my Los Cabos trip at the Grand Velas, this was a more expensive trip so I didn't want to book it online as the information is limited. I inquired about a month and a half earlier at Now Destinations for info on this particular place, what's included and the travel involved. I booked with Now Destinations based on the informative responses I received. Upon arrival from airport to resort, to the stay it was everything they said and more! Very happy with the service received by Mike, you can call or walk in at any time, great chic vibe as appose to your generic booking centres. Reading the reviews below who are unhappy, seems to be frustrated clients who didn't receive impossible perks that are unobtainable. Lashing out in reviews is a thing people!

I booked my wedding and travel package for myself and my guests through NOW Destinations. It was a great experience! The price of the package was highly competitive, and they were able to create custom packages for my guests who were coming from different locations and had varying needs. I worked with Claudette, and she blew me away with her impeccable service and her upbeat personality, always professional and always quick to respond to me and my guests alike. I decided on a destination wedding less than 1/2 year prior to the date, so it was imperative that the planning came quickly underway. I've had difficulty getting in touch with the hotel on my own, but after signing with NOW Destinations, it took no time at all for me to receive all available dates and details of the wedding packages. What really set them apart was when the hotel changed some of the details behind the packages at the time of booking. Claudette took it upon herself to get in touch with a local vendor in Mexico to see if we can recreate the look and feel of the original package and find out pricing. She got back to me that same evening, long after closing hours and I was able to book the wedding the very next day. I would absolutely recommend NOW Destinations for destination wedding booking. They made the planning process incredibly simple, became the central point of contact for all my guests, provided us with a beautiful wedding website free of charge and were even able to secure an upgrade for our room with the hotel. Thanks for everything - couldn't have done it without you!

100% recommend to anyone! I had such a great experience with Now Destinations! The staff was extremely helpful, experienced in dealing with all types of travel, and incredibly friendly. My agent Ana, was exceptional! My wedding planning and travel planning experience with her was the best I have received ever!
