The clerk I think their name was Joey was extremely helpful and friendly when assisting me in applying for a conviction strike. Of all the people I've spoken to about this issue, they were the only one to fully and clearly break down what I needed to do, without making me feel stupid. Thanks Joey!
Horrible customer service…very sad that this is what we call our court system
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over 1 month not once have they picked up the phone or have they called me back after leaving a message this is actually super sad to see as this is the main court house for the province
Been calling for days, message machine is full. I left a message last week no one got back to me. This is just rediculous.
They never answer the phone. Can't be bothered to call you back in fair time when leaving messages, poor service all the way around shame on you Halifax provincial court
Been there a few times paying tickets, acting as character references and a witness. This is what a court of law "should" be: intimidating old architecture used to house the Nova Scotia Museum in the 1960s if i recall properly, tight security, a bit grungy in spots, spacious courtrooms, a bit difficult to navigate: makes one not want to be on the wrong side of the law all that often, lol!! Very convenient location right in downtown Halifax: super-easy to find, which is a GOOD thing.
No disabled parking.
NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!
Don't ask ppl to call you if you're not planning to answer it!
Unable to get anyone on the phone
