The goodn-check in was easyn-bed was goodn-towel and sheets are cleann-they have bar soap, bottle shampoo and conditioner and bottle creamnFor the bad, where to start...n-the rooms are heavily damaged, cracks and chips all over the placen-the carpet is old and has different evaluations level -the toilet is an extra small bowl so not comfortable if you're a male and having your junk keep touching the bowln-alot of racist homeless hanging out on the first floor, was not because they were staying in rooms on the first floorn-the hallways smelt of weed and cigaretten-people keep yelling in the hallwaysn-the phone kept ringing multiple times during the night so I never had a good sleep at all during the two nights, it stopped when I pulled out the wiren-the window was glued shut and you can see the screen for the window all broken.n-hotel front desk brushed over when I requested some compensation for the horrible experiencen-they have a restaurant sign but no restaurant,nnThe location charges me $240 a night and it is heavily overpriced for the value, the price has been believed it will be equivalent to a holiday inn but really it was closer to a super 8 motel in quality.nnPlease don't let annoying racist homeless in your facility
I agree with everyone in the reviews that the room walls are very thin. You could hear people walking through the hallway.nnBut the Customer Service is on point they address every issue you have.nnI could recommend this place for sure if you’re not particular about slight noises when someone is walking next ur room.nnAlso this place is very close to all the restaurants and most of the tour offices.nnThey also have a free shuttle to the airport which goes around 11 AM until 2:30 PM .
This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I arrived around 2 p.m., but they made me wait until 3:45, saying the room wasn’t ready and they were still checking.nnTo make matters worse, I had booked a room with a kitchen and plenty of space, but the room I was given was very small and didn’t even have a kitchen. There wasn’t even a phone in the room, so I had to go to the front desk just to ask some questions.nnOn top of that, they gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password. Overall, everything about my experience here was disappointing.
The room I had was fine, except the beds, the springs are collapsed and the beds slope, i had to try both, and then sleep sideways at an angle on the 2nd bed i tried, I was already showered and too tired to ask for another room. Also, not a very soundproof hotel at all, bring ear plugs.
I was fortunate and scored a much better room than the rest of my group. It was very spacious compared to others, and l not only got a fridge but a hotplate and microwave and sink.nThe large bed was comfortable.nThe downside was that it was quite old and tired.nManagement was friendly and helpful.
