A cool little thrift place. Although most of the times I don’t end up finding stuff, it’s always cool when you do find that hidden treasure. That’s what thrifting is all about. Staff is always friendly. I like it that the money I spend there is going to a good cause. Makes it that much more worth it.

I decided to donate there instead of at Value Village as the proceeds go back to the community. I found that wonderful! The first time I dropped items off, a young man was sitting at the front entrance and pointed to a large bin where I could drop the items in. I smiled at him, dropped the items in and wished him a good day. A few months later, I returned with several boxes to donate, so my husband assisted me in bringing them in. One of the boxes had glass vases in them so he decided to place the box next to the donation bin to avoid the items being broken. As he did so, one of the volunteer cashiers started yelling at him … telling him to dump everything in the bin. We were in complete shock at her aggressive response and just complied, risking the items being broken and just walked out without donating the rest of the boxes. We have not returned since. Instead we continue to donate to Value Village where we are always greeted by warm and friendly staff who are always there to help unload our donations … No yelling involved :

Great prices and overall very welcoming atmosphere most of the time depending on the volunteers. The older women here are talkative and sweet and it's refreshing!

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 star to the store. The two ladies at the cashier today are really mean. They seem quite talkative and nice to the customer ahead of me, but when it comes to me, they looked at me in a really weird and serious way. Tried to keep minimum communication. The nicest word they said to me was “ok”. When I said “thank you, have a good one “ before I leave the store, they didn’t even bother to respond!!!!! I promise this will be my last visit!

Always find great finds. Everyone that volunteers their time is so helpful and friendly. They really aren't trying to overcharge and sometimes I want to pay more that the price listed because the money made really goes back into the community.
