I have people in my life with gluten allergies, but I am not on a gluten free diet. This is hands down one of the best bakery's I've been to. If you have people hesitant to try gluten free things, get them something from here. I recommend the sweet potato brownies, the honey crullers, and the carrot cake cupcakes and I'm certain the other cupcakes are great as well. Considering it's a specialty food that's made fresh, they have great prices too. My GF friends and family love it here, and the staff are very friendly. They also go to the farmers market in St. John's regularly on Saturdays if you can't make it to Paradise.
Small but Mighty this gluten free bakery is a must...fabulous breads and glorious freshly made treats for everyone. This bakery not only uses all natural ingredients but takes it one step further by including locally grown ingredients when available. Keep up the good work, can't wait to see what's next.

Nourish's products are delicious! Its hard especially in St. Johns to find gluten free food, let alone stuff that tastes as good as their yummy baked goods! Even though I am not on a gluten free diet myself, I'd choose Nourish's coffee cake over any gluten-filled one I've ever tasted!
Had the chance to try a few goodies from Nourish while I visited Newfoundland. Fresh bread, cookies and cupcakes, all delicious, so much so that I bought more to fly with me back home! The black bottom cupcakes are hands down my favourite, if you haven't tried it before, you're missing out! Can't wait to visit again!
amazing bakery, love that everything is gluten free and DELICIOUS. In the summer, you have to try their homemade ice cream sandwiches. Also the staff and owner are the best :
I ordered a gluten-free cookie/square platter for my nephew at Christmas. It was delivered as requested and thoroughly enjoyed by my 17 year old Nephew and family. The service was outstanding. I"m in BC. I"m about to order again!
The best scones, doughnuts, cookies and bread. They also make prepared meals. Try it whether you are gluten free or not because it is delicious!
Great bakery for Gluten Free products. Staff were very nice. Pricey but it’s expected.
