I was walking at St Laurent when I noticed this cute sign about desserts, cupcakes etc and I decided to give it a try. The place inside it's really well decorated with an chic style and the staff was really friendly, explaining me the options. It was difficult to decide, but I got a Crème brûlée that was really delicious and I bought a cupcake to go that looks like its also really good. The coffee it was great and it was not expensive at all per the quality. We from DD recommend it for sure !
I ordered a cake vanilla with lemon cream, vanilla cream and apple sauce with ginger. The cake was fresh from that day according to the cashier so I was hoping for a moist cake, however, it was really dry and filled only with vanilla buttercream I know it said vanilla cream, but I was hoping for more lemon cream or apples in the filling, but they were only on the top of the cake, it was really disappointing. I have to agree with another reviewer about the size. The cake is a bit small, even for 6 people, I don't think 8 could be served from it. I really wanted to like this cake, maybe they had an off-day, but with so many great bakeries in Montreal, there are better options around.
I heard great things about this place and decided to try it. We asked for a birthday cake for 8-10 people. But the cake they gave was for 2 people and I only found out about it when my sister picked it up and brought it. She didn’t know I order for 8-10 people so she didn’t make any comments. When we called back after having received the cake, they said we asked for a 6 person cake. Even if it’s for 6 people, the cake size does not reflect that—it’s for 2 people, tops 3. So the cake looks great, but the customer service does not make sense and the cake size as well. Would not recommend. When we called they just said my sister saw it and didn’t say anything and the shop is closed so they cannot do anything. They insisted the size is for 6 people. No way is it for 6 people.
Just bought a cupcake and macaroons…. Absolutely disgusting! Old and dry! Absolutely not edible!!!!!
We had our weeding cake done by Nougat & Nectarine. Celine was very nice and I gave her a few quick instructions on what I wanted the cake to look like, and she whipped up exactly the right thing. The cake was fantastic and made our event one to remember. Extremely pleased with our decision to chose this bakery for our cake.
Absolutely love this bakery!! I’ve gotten two beautiful birthday cakes that taste delicious. All you have to do is ask for what you like and they’ll whip it up perfectly.

I called Celine from Ottawa to inquire if she could make a gift basket for a friend. Celine discussed options for me over the phone, made the gift basket and wrapped the entire thing in a bow. My friend called me and said his present was beautiful - the gingerbread man was so big "you could put a diaper on it". Thanks to Nougat and Nectarine for your help! Next time I'm in YUL I will stop by!
Great little bakery, really chic interior but still comfortable. We had coffee and sandwiches, everything tasted great and the food was beautiful presented.
Delicious and pretty cakes! Love the lemon flavor number cakes!!! Definitely recommend them!
