Amazing architecture inside out! You can feel the peace and serenity once you’re inside and you can’t help but stare at the artistic walls, sculptures, ceiling... Notre Dame Cathedral is located at the center of the city at a walking distance from many Ottawa attractions.

Beautiful cathedral a short walk from the market, worth visiting and especially if you have time to attend Mass. Beautifully decorated inside and out. Huge capacity. No gift shop or bookstore, unusual for a church this size.

Exquisite church - Stained glasses, Pews, Organ, Serene atmosphere

Beautifully built church, the exterior has a nice reflection of sunlight at the sunset time in Ottawa. Unfortunately the church was closed due to COVID restriction when I visited in Feb 2021 and couldn't see the interior however, It looks magnificent from the online photos

I've visited this church several times and it never gets old, pardon the pun. Spend a couple of hours if you can to discover the amazing details of the construction and finishing work. The ways of the cross are and the stained glass windows are humbling and stunning at the same time. The photo is of the main altar
